What to Expect from Palace:
Our Reconstruction Team will perform an expert evaluation of your loss to asses the extent of any structural damage or other safety concerns. We’ll then board-up and weatherproof your property to ensure no further damage occurs. We work with your insurance carrier throughout the process and assist you in answering any questions they may have for you. Your property will be tested for the presence of asbestos and lead, protecting your health once your property is restored. Any salvageable personal items or other content is packed-out and cataloged as needed. We’ll also perform any water mitigation as a result of firefighting or sprinkler systems. If asbestos is found, it will be abated as needed. Our skilled Reconstruction Team will work efficiently to restore your property to pre-loss conditions.
